Lucy Czapik passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Overlook Medical Center in Summit. She was 86 years old.

Born in Carteret, she has resided in Warren for the past 5 years.

Mrs. Czapik was predeceased by her husband, Joseph M. Czapik; and a brother, Anthony Russo.

Surviving are her children, JoAnn Aprile of Warren, Cynthia Capik of Elizabeth, Joseph Czapik of Colonia and John Czapik of Albrightsville, PA; a brother, Ralph Russo, of Edison; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

An interment service will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at graveside at Buena Vista Cemetery, Brodheadsville, PA. Visitation will be on Friday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Costello-Koyen Funeral Home, 399 Avenel Street, Avenel.
