Louise A. McDyer passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at Compassionate Care Hospice, Saint Clare's Hospital, Dover. She was 77 years old. Born in Jersey City, she resided there before moving to the Port Reading section of Woodbridge Township in 1965. Louise was employed as a legal secretary with the law offices of Venezia and Nolan in Woodbridge for the past 35 years. She was an active communicant of Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Port Reading. Louise was predeceased by her parents, Margaret and Louis Loizzi; a sister, Angelina Long; and two brothers, Dominick and Nicholas Loizzi. Surviving are three daughters, Margo Gibson of North Kingstown, RI, Maureen Denner of Fort Worth, TX and Marian McDyer of Sparta; a son, Michael McDyer, of Readington; and eight beloved grandchildren. Funeral services will be on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. from the Costello-Koyen Funeral Home, 399 Avenel Street, Avenel. A Funeral Liturgy will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic church, Port Reading. Interment will be in Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City. Visitation will be on Friday from 2:00 until 4:00 and 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
