Lorraine Brenner passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021 in the care of  Brighton Gardens of Edison. She was 88 years old.

Lorraine was born and raised in Newark where she met and married the love of her life, William F. Brenner, Sr. They moved to the Port Reading section of Woodbridge Township where she raised her three sons. Lorraine and Bill were married for 39 years before his passing in 1991.

Lorraine was an active member of Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Port Reading as well as an eucharistic minister. She was often found helping with craft fairs, many Bingo sessions and other fundraisers at St Anthony's. She loved her trips to Atlantic City, usually accompanied by her mother Helen. Lorraine was an avid crafter and when she wasn't at her sewing machine she could be found at local craft shows displaying her creations.

Lorraine is predeceased by her beloved husband, William F. Brenner, Sr., in 1991; and loving son, William F. Brenner, Jr. in 2020 and loving daughter-in-law Virginia Brenner in 2014.

Surviving are her sons, John Brenner and his wife, Marisa, of Woodbridge, Bob Brenner and his wife, Jeannie, of Denville, and Sharon, wife of Billy Jr. of Great Meadows. Lorraine was the proud grandmother of Billy (wife-Evelina), Brian (wife-Kelly), Laura (husband-Jonathan), Jordan, Jack, Jake, Jenna, Mady and great-grandchildren Skye, Dylan, Everly and Quinn.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Friday, December 10, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street (at Barron Avenue), Woodbridge. A Mass of Resurrection will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Port Reading. Interment will be in Saint Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
