Kim Bialkowski passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at her home in the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township. She was 60 years old.
Born in Perth Amboy, she has resided in Avenel since 1998.
Mrs. Bialkowski received her associates degree from Middlesex County College and has been employed as an investigation supervisor with the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles, with whom she has been employed since 1983.
She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Avenel and was active with PACE; Woodbridge Township's Extended School Program at Matthew Jago School in Sewaren.
Mrs. Bialkowski was predeceased by her daughter, Melody, in 2016; and her parents, Elizabeth and Edward Myers.
Surviving are her husband of 23 years, Thomas Bialkowski; son, Stephen; and brother, William Myers.
Funeral services will take place on Monday, November 20, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Central Baptist Church, 505 Wylie Street, Avenel. Interment will follow in Rosedale Cemetery, Linden. Visitation for family and friends will be on Sunday afternoon from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m. at Costello-Koyen Funeral Home , 399 Avenel Street, Avenel.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Embrace Kids Foundation (embracekids.org) or Make-A-Wish Foundation (wish.org) in Kim's memory would be greatly appreciated by her family.
