Kelly Lynn Mahon passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. She was 27 years old.

Born on October 22, 1990, she was lifelong resident of the Fords section of Woodbridge Township.

Kelly was a communicant of Saint James Catholic Church in Woodbridge and a graduate of Woodbridge High School, Class of 2008. She played on the Rebels Softball team in Woodbridge, the Fords Bearcat Basketball and Cheerleading teams and was a Girl Scout from Troop 425 in Roselle.

She was predeceased by her grandparents, Anna and Joseph Zamorski and Matthew Mahon Sr.

Surviving are her parents, Matthew and Maryann Zamorski Mahon; sister, Tara Mahon; her grandmother, Maria Mahon; aunts; Marie Tynan and her husband, Thomas, and Diane Limongelli; uncles; James Zamorski and his wife, Donna, Joseph Zamorski and his wife, Leyla; and William Mahon. Loved by cousins, Melissa and Jared Stier, Allison Zamorski, Justin and Mariyam Zamorski, Erica and Stacey Lackemann and Victor Carvajal and a special friend, caregiver and daily companion, Angelene Biennescar.

Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 9:45 a.m. from Costello-Greiner Funeral Home (costello-greiner.com), 44 Green Street at Barron Avenue, Woodbridge. A Mass of Resurrection will follow at 10:30 at Saint James Catholic Church, Woodbridge. Interment will be at Saint Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visitation for family and friends will be on Monday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers contributions to Children's Specialized Hospital Foundation, 10 Plum Street, Sixth Floor, New Brunswick, NJ 08901 in Kelly's memory would be greatly appreciated by her family.
