Kathleen A. Neroda of the Iselin section of Woodbridge Township passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at JFK Medical Center in Edison.   She was 77 years old.

Born in Elizabeth, NJ; She resided in Colonia for many years; before moving to Iselin in 2007.

Mrs. Neroda was a Communicant of St. Cecelia's R.C. Church in Iselin and was a 1965 graduate of East Orange Catholic High School.

She was employed as a X-Ray Technician with Union County Orthopedics and Complete Care in Scotch Plains for many years before retiring.

She was predeceased by her parents Edwin and Frances Russo Vogel and her brother in law Larry Neroda.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years Daniel E. Neroda; her children Michelle McLellan and her husband Rick of Brick, Michael Neroda and his wife Dianna of Alaska, Christopher Neroda and his wife Connie of Colonia, and Kathryn LoRocco and her husband Anthony of East Windsor; two sisters Cecelia Neroda of Reno, Nevada and Mary Beth Vogel and her husband George of Allentown, PA; her grandchildren Nicolas, Anthony, Jacob, Delia, Teddy, Alex, Cora, and Grayson.

The love that Dan and Kathy shared will live on forever in their children and grandchildren.  The highlight of Kathy's life was spending time with Dan and their grandchildren.  She adored them and had a special relationship with each one of them.  She loved her brunch club with her grandmother friends. Kathy loved playing left right center with friends on a weekly basis.  She spent countless hours volunteering at church, schools, and numerous events that held a special place in her heart.

A Memorial Mass will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2024 10:00 am at St. Cecelia's R.C. Church 1 Wilus Way, Iselin.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Costello-Koyen Funeral Home, Avenel.
