Karen Biernacki, a lifelong resident of Iselin, NJ, has passed away on February 24th, 2025.  She was 60 years old.

Karen was a graduate of the John F. Kennedy Memorial High School class of 1982 in Iselin. She spent the majority of her career as a dedicated Office Manager for Pro VoVo in Freehold for three decades, retiring in October of 2024.

Karen was a member of the ELK's club in Colonia.

Karen was predeceased by her parents William and Joan Biernacki.

She is survived by her husband of 20 years Michael Johnson; her daughter Grace Ann Johnson; her three sisters Sharon Rapetti, her husband Frank, and their son Frank Jr., JoAnn Gobbo, and her three children Alec, Julia, and Zach, and Paulette Moscinski.

Karen will be dearly missed by the lives she touched and her presence will continue to be felt in all our hearts.

Friends and loved ones can gather for the funeral that will take place Saturday at 9:15 am from Costello-Koyen Funeral Home, 399 Avenel Street, Avenel. A 10:00 am Funeral Liturgy will follow at St. Cecelia's R.C Church, Iselin.  The interment will be in St. Gertrude's cemetery.

Visiting hours will be Friday from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
