June Antkiewicz passed away on Sunday February 15, 2026 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. She was 81 years old.

Born on June 17,1944 in Scranton, PA to the late Anthony and Marie Antkiewicz, she was a resident of Edison and Avenel before moving to Woodbridge.

June graduated from North Scranton High School and went on to work as a driver for Wonder Bread and in sales with Entenmann's Bakery and Bell Pharmacy.

She was communicant of the Resurrection of Christ Polish National Catholic Church in Dunellen; and an avid New York Yankee Baseball and Detroit Lion Football fan.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings Allen Antkiewicz and Gale Garbooshian.

Surviving June are her niece, Nicole Antkiewicz; a sister-in-law Carol Runkle-Antkiewicz; her sister of the heart Donna Leonardo; many cousins and dear friends.

Funeral Services were conducted privately under the direction of Costello-Koyen Funeral Home, Avenel.
