Judith C. Hupka of Woodbridge passed away at JFK Medical Center in Edison on Sunday, January 5, 2025.  She was 82 years old.

Born in Bayonne, she resided in Woodbridge for most of her life.

Mrs. Hupka was employed with Crown Publishing in Avenel as a Mail Clerk before retiring many years ago.

She was a Communicant of Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Port Reading.

Judith was predeceased by her husband, Richard F. Hupka, in 1990; and parents, Frank and Madeline Ciriello Fernandez.

She is survived by her children, Elizabeth Brodzinski, Richard Hupka, and Joseph Hupka all of Florida; sister, Dorothy Palasits, of Port Reading; brother, Frank Fernandez, of Port Reading; and grandchildren, Elizabeth Karol and Justin Hupka.

Funeral services will take on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. from Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street Woodbridge. A 9:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy will follow at Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Port Reading.  Interment will be in Saint James Cemetery, Woodbridge.  Visiting hours will be on Wednesday from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
