Joseph C. Reggie passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at Robert Wood John University Hospital at Rahway. He was 84 years old.

Born on December 4, 1941 in Pittston, PA to the late Anna and Carl Reggie, he resided in Pennsylvania and the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township moving to Sewaren 4 years ago.

Mr. Reggie was a United States Navy Veteran and was employed as a truck driver for many years before retiring from Pump N Pantry in Montrose, PA.

He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Woodbridge.

Surviving are his loving wife of 50 years, Gayle Reggie; children, C.J. Reggie of Colonia, Christine Rappaport of Warwick, NY and Dave Rubanich of Richboro, PA; his sister-in-law Terry Welsh and brother-in-law Howie Welsh; and beloved grandchildren, Cesar, Audrey, Jessica and Dominick.

Remembered by his loving companion dog Jack, and all his beloved pets.

Funeral services were private under the direction of Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street Woodbridge, NJ 07095.
