Joseph A. Minucci passed away on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at his home in Bayville.  He was 69 years old.

Born in Perth Amboy, he resided in Woodbridge and Avenel before moving to Bayville 10 years ago.

Mr. Minucci was a communicant of Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Port Reading and a life member of Don Bosco Council #5809, Knights of Columbus in Port Reading and belonged to the Lacey Elks. He was also a member of the Jet Nuts, where he was often the bus driver; and played Santa Claus at Don Bosco Knights of Columbus and at Jets games for many years.

He was employed with the Middlesex County Utilities Authority for 30 years, retiring in 2014.

Mr. Minucci was predeceased by his parents, Katherine M. Notaro Minucci, in 1989 and Joseph S. Minucci, in 2014.

Surviving are his wife of 28 years, Patricia "Patsy" Reddy Minucci; children, Matthew Minucci and Monica Brandao; and his beloved extended family and friends.

Visiting hours will be on Monday, May 10, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street at Barron Avenue, Woodbridge. A Mass of Resurrection and interment service will be celebrated privately.
