John J. Henry of the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Roosevelt Care Center in Edison. He was 69 years old. Born in Newark, NJ; He resided in East Keansburg moving to Avenel in 1985. He was a United States Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. Mr. Henry was employed as a Equipment Provisioner at Fort Monmouth for 17 years retiring in 2003. He was predeceased by his parents John J. and Vera Biggar Henry. Surviving are his wife of 29 years Linda Clancy Henry; a daughter Vera Henry of Avenel; a sister Barbara Henry of Staten Island, NY. Private funeral arrangements were under the direction of Costello-Koyen Funeral Home, Avenel.
