John G. Dzyak passed away on Friday, December 9, 2016 at his home in the Colonia section of Woodbridge Township. He was 55 years old.

Born in Rahway, he was a lifelong resident of Woodbridge Township.

Mr. Dzyak was employed as a Mechanic with the Middlesex County Parks Department for 19 years before retiring in 2002.

He was predeceased by his father, George Dzyak; and two brothers, George and Myron Dzyak.

He is survived by three sons, Alex Dzyak of Colonia, Jesse Dzyak of Sewaren and Matthew Dzyak of Sewaren; his mother, Irene Rubanich Dzyak, of Colonia; a sister, Carol Fedzina, of Colonia; and many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be on Wednesday from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street at Barron Avenue, Woodbridge. Cremation will be private.
