Jeffrey M. Quille of the Colonia section of Woodbridge Township passed away on Monday, December 22, 2014 at home. He was 56 years old. Born in Bayonne, NJ; He resided in Point Pleasant before moving to Colonia 10 years ago. He was a United States Navy Veteran and attended The New School in Manhattan majoring in Culinary Arts. Mr. Quille was an Executive Chef at various are restaurants and caterers for 30 years and then was employed as a Sales Representative for R.C. Fine Foods for the past 15 years. He was predeceased by his mother Sylvia Spiezio Quille; and a brother Timothy Quille. He is survived by his wife of 19 years Laura Robinson Quille; a son Matthew Quille; his father Timothy Quille of Manahawkin; a brother Gregory Quille of Manahawkin; his father-in-law Bruce Robinson of Avenel; and six nieces and nephews. The funeral will take place on Saturday, December 27, 2014 8:30 a.m. from the Costello-Koyen Funeral Home (www.Costello-koyen.com) 399 Avenel Street, Avenel. a 9:00 a.m. Funeral Liturgy will take place at St. John Vianney R.C. Church, Colonia. Cremation will be private. Visiting hours will be Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
