Jason Parlacoski passed away on Saturday December 4, 2021 at JFK Medical Center in Edison, NJ. He was 38 years old.

Born in Perth Amboy Jason has resided in the Port Reading section of Woodbridge Township for 3 years.

Jason was a member of the Perth Amboy High School Class of 2002 and went on to graduate from the Lincoln Technical Institute.  He was a dedicated fan of the San Francisco 49ers and New York Yankees.

He was a service manager for Open Road Chevrolet.

Jason was an avid bowler, loved to go camping and working on stained glass projects.

Jason was predeceased by his brother Timothy Parlacoski.

Jason is survived by his parents Ronald and Maria Parlacoski of Port Reading; his siblings Ronald Parlacoski Jr and his wife Christa of Levittown, Pennsylvania and Gwen Demian of Marlton, NJ; his niece Elizabeth and nephew Joey; his best friend Kaitlyn Krainski and her children Natalie, Jack and Drew who he loved to spend time with.

Visiting hour will be Wednesday, December 8, 2021 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Costello-Greiner Funeral home 44 Green Street, Woodbridge.

A funeral service will take place Thursday 11:00 am at The First Presbyterian Church of Woodbridge, 600 Rahway Avenue, Woodbridge.

Cremation will be private.
