Janice K. Timari passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at Atria Cranford Nursing Center. She was was 86 years old.

Born in Noxen, PA on April 23, 1937 to the late Mary and John Van Campen, she resided in Woodbridge for most of her life.

Mrs. Timari was employed as a bookkeeper with the Woodbridge Township Board of Education for 20 years prior to her retirement.

She was a graduate of Rahway High School and longtime member of the First Presbyterian Church of Woodbridge.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Timari was predeceased by her husband, Stephen Timari, in 2018.

Surviving are her children, Gail Zanzalari and her husband, Thomas, of Carteret and Mark Timari and his wife, Janet, of Somerset; sister, Judith Rickes, of Rahway; grandchildren, Danielle, Brittany, Lindsey, Adam and Katy; great grandchildren, Colson, Aubrey and Cameron; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Janice had a quick wit, love for travel and a love of all dogs. Her many adopted pups over the years were a constant joy for her. Visits to Janice's home were filled with hugs and a glass of Janice's famous iced tea.

A Funeral service will take place on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 G reen Street at Barron Avenue, Woodbridge. Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Woodbridge Animal Shelter, 195 Woodbridge Avenue, Sewaren, NJ 07077 or the First Presbyterian Church of Woodbridge, 600 Rahway Avenue, Woodbridge, NJ 07095 in Mrs. Timari's memory would be greatly appreciated by her family.
