Jane Ellen Sinnott, 69, of Iselin, NJ passed away peacefully at home on January 5th, 2020.

Jane resided in Iselin for over 55 years and loved Woodbridge Township. She was a Commissioner for the Woodbridge Township Cultural Arts Commission, served as the Vice Chairperson on the Woodbridge Township Historic Preservation Commission and previously was a member of the Mayor's Advisory Commission. She was a graduate of Middlesex County College and Kean University. In recent years, she worked as a substitute teacher for the Woodbridge Township School District. She loved crosswords, jigsaw puzzles and was an avid fan of Jeopardy.

Jane was predeceased by her parents, Genevieve and James Sinnott, and her sister, Barbara J. Zak. She is survived by her siblings, sister Patricia Stott and her husband Glenn of Matawan, brother James E. Sinnott and his wife Kim of West Long Branch, and her uncle Generoso Gesullo from Whippany. Jane is also survived by her nephew Martin Zak, nephew James Sinnott and his wife Josceylene, niece Heather Sinnott and nephew Mark Yackulich. She also has two great-nieces Cambria and Everly.

Jane will be missed by all but her memory will live on. Visitation will be on Thursday, January 9th from 4:00 -8:00 pm. Funeral services will be on Friday morning at 10:30, with interment to follow at Cloverleaf Cemetery.
