Jane Parisio of Carteret passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. Jane was 56 years old.

Born in Perth Amboy, NJ; Jane was a lifelong resident of Carteret.

Ms. Parisio was a Carteret Seniors Transportation Operator for the Borough of Carteret for 20 years, retiring 5 years ago.

She was a longtime volunteer with the Carteret Specials.

Jane was predeceased by her father Carmen Parisio, her grandparents John and Lucy, and her brother William Parisio.

She is survived by her son Jeffrey Van Woeart and his wife Marissa Van Woeart, her son Jason Van Woeart and her daughter Janai Van Woeart of Carteret. Her mother Patricia West of Florida; two brothers Mark Parisio of Georgia, and Paul Parisio of Carteret; a sister Rae Aiello of North Carolina; two grandchildren Zachary Van Woeart, and Arianna Van Woeart.

Funeral will take place Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 9:00
am from Costello-Greiner Funeral Home (www.Costello-greiner.com) 44 Green Street at Barron Avenue, Woodbridge. A 10:00 am Funeral Liturgy will take place at St. James R.C. Church, Woodbridge. Cremation will be private.

Visiting hours will be Friday, December 16, 2016 from 2:00pm-4:00pm & 7:00pm-9:00pm at the funeral home.
