In loving memory of Isaura Campolargo

It is with love that we remember Isaura Campolargo, 91, who peacefully passed away at home on July 15, 2026.

Isaura, born in Bustos, Portugal, was the youngest of eleven siblings. She bravely immigrated to the United States with her late husband, Manuel, and her son, Lineu, in 1967 settling in Perth Amboy, NJ. Over the years, Isaura’s family grew with the marriage of her son, Lineu, to her beautiful daughter-in-law, Diane, and the birth of her two granddaughters Amanda and Jacqueline. Her family has continued to grow with the addition of her great grandchildren Analisa, Nina, Esmee, Luna, and Zorro.

Isaura was an avid gardener with an evergreen thumb. She spent countless hours outside tending to any garden she could. She adored spending her time in the garden almost as much as she loved spending time with her grandchildren. Being a natural caretaker, her loving and generous spirit was evident to everyone she met. She was always most joyful when helping and feeding others.

Always happiest when surrounded by family, we know she will be welcomed with open arms by her family waiting for her in Heaven.

Visitation will be on Friday, July 17, 2026 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Costello-Koyen Funeral Home, 399 Avenel Street, Avenel. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home followed at 10:00 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial at Saint James Catholic Church, Woodbridge. Interment will be in Saint Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
