Ilson R. Gama of Carteret passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at Pine Brook Care Center in Manalapan. He was 77 years old.

Born in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil; He was predeceased by his parents João and Rosalina Rodrigues Gama.

Mr. Gama was employed with General Motors and several construction companies throughout the years.

Surviving are his wife of 29 years Ieda Nazareth Gama; his children Wilson Gama of Carteret, Sergio Gama of San Jose, Michelle Gama of Keansburg and his 5 grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be Tuesday February 4, 2020 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Costello-Greiner Funeral home 44 Green Street at Barron Avenue, Woodbridge.
