Grace I. Redner passed away on Friday, October 15, 2021 at Opis Coquina Center in Ormond Beach, FL. She was 92 years old.

Born in Bayonne, she resided in the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township for many years before moving to West Milford several years ago and then to Florida last month.

Mrs. Redner was employed as a waitress at the Holiday Inn in Carteret prior to her retirement.

She was predeceased by her sons, Brian K. Simpson in 1989 and George E. Simpson in 2009; parents, Grace and David Howarth; sister, Elaine Kuhn; and brothers, David Howarth and William Howarth.

Surviving are her daughter, Grace Aiazzone and her husband, Paul, of Palm Coast, FL; daughter in law, Diane Simpson, of Carteret; brother, Kenneth Howarth; eight grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street, Woodbridge. A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Friday, October 22, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at Saint Andrew Catholic Church, Avenel. Interment will be in Saint Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
