Gam Pui Liu also known affectionately as Yeye passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024 at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville.  He was 90 years old.

Born in China, he has resided in Woodside, NY since 1978.

He was a member of Tung Goon Association of Chinatown.

Mr. Liu was a chef for many years at numerous New York City Restaurants before retiring from Pearls in Manhattan in New York City

He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Lin Mui Wong Liu; son, Pak Liu, daughter in law, Lourdes; Grandchildren, Angelo and Lorenzo

Visiting hours will be on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street, Woodbridge, NJ.
