Frederick Baldwin passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at Haven Hospice in Edison. He was 86 years old. Born in Newark, he has resided in Woodbridge since 1930. Mr. Baldwin was employed as a clerk at the New Jersey Veterans Home at Menlo Park for many years; and was a United States Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a lifelong member of the First Presbyterian Church of Woodbridge; and also belonged to the Woodbridge Senior Citizens and the AARP. Mr. Baldwin was predeceased by his parents, Frieda and William Baldwin; and two brothers, Robert and William Baldwin. He is survived by a sister, Evelyn Santa Maria, of Avenel; a brother, Howard Baldwin, of Carteret; and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial service will take place on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Woodbridge, 600 Rahway Avenue, Woodbridge under the direction of Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street, Woodbridge.
