Fred Prescott Dimock Jr. passed away on Tuesday March 9, 2021 at JFK Medical Center in Edison, NJ. He was 90 years old.

Mr. Dimock was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and Army National Guard and worked for many years as a partner with the electrical distribution firm Nash and Cornell.

He was predeceased by his parents Fred Prescott Dimock Sr. and Irene (Doerries) Dimock, and brothers Whitman and Robert Dimock.

Fred is survived by his son John Dimock and his wife Juliet of Kendall Park; granddaughters Jacqueline and Priscilla Dimock of Kendall Park; son Mark Dimock and his wife Sheri of Sweet Valley, PA; brother Bruce Dimock of Benbrook, TX; and step daughter Christine Lacovara of Colonia.

Funeral services were conducted privately under the care of Costello-Greiner Funeral Home. Interment was in Trinity Episcopal Church Cemetery, Woodbridge.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
