Franz C. Eberhardt passed away on Tuesday, April 08, 2025 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. He was 89 years old.

Born in Jakarta, Indonesia on April 7, 1936 to the late Isa and Willie Henry Eberhardt, he has resided in the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township for 53 years.

Mr. Eberhardt was employed as a mechanic with Peerless Tube Company in Bloomfield for many years prior to his retirement.

Surviving are his wife of 60 years, Gerrie v.d. Bosch Eberhardt; children, Frederick Eberhardt and his wife, Marie, of Edison and Cynthia Fitzgerald and her husband, Paul, of Cranford; and grandchildren, Nick and Danny Eberhardt and Parker and Riley Fitzgerald.

Funeral services are private under the direction of Costello-Koyen Funeral Home, Avenel .
