Frank Paul Kirkowski passed away on Friday, February 9, 2024 at his home in New York City. He was 70 years old.

Born in Bayonne on May 30, 1953 to the late Loretta Marie and Frank Stanley Kirkowski, he grew up in Carteret and has resided in Manhattan since 1991.

Mr. Kirkowski was a 1971 graduate of Carteret High School and majored in music at Westminster Choir College and Thomas Edison State University. He was employed as an entertainer in the New York City area.

He is survived by his sisters, Deborah Drake and her husband, Gary, of Verona, NJ and Lori Decker and her husband, Jeff, of Ruckersville, VA; brothers, Gary Kirkowski and his wife, Liz of Ocala, FL and Vincent Kirkowski and his wife, Patricia of Parlin; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A memorial service will take place on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street, Woodbridge. Interment will follow at Saint Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visitation for family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.

Frank was a kind and loving soul who will be remembered for his outgoing personality and his lovely voice and will be greatly missed.
