Francis W. Jaskot passed away on Saturday June 14, 2025 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. He was 78 years old.

Born in Brooklyn on December 2, 1946 to the late Stanley and Teresa Finney Jaskot, he has resided in Woodbridge for the last 33 years.

Mr. Jaskot worked as a Claims Adjuster with the United States Veterans Administration in New York City; and was a United States Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.

He was a member of Post 4410, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Woodbridge, Post 87, American Legion, Woodbridge, the American-Irish Association of Woodbridge and was a former member of Middlesex Council 857, Knights of Columbus, Woodbridge.

In addition to his parents Mr. Jaskot was predeceased by a brother, Stanley Jaskot.

Surviving are his beloved wife of 44 years, Eileen Sullivan Jaskot; children, Jaime Jaskot and Francis W. Jaskot Jr.; siblings, Doreen Jaskot, Tessie Carafaro and Robert "Bobby" Jaskot; and granddaughter, Madison Jaskot.

A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street, Woodbridge. Cremation will be private. Visitation for family and friends will be on Tuesday beginning at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
