Fotios Sipsis passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021. He was 85 years old.

Born in Greece, he has resided in the Colonia section of Woodbridge Township since 1985.

Mr. Sipsis was employed as a short order cook for most of his life.

He was predeceased by his beloved son, John Sipsis, in 2019.

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Konstantia; beloved daughters, Maria and Laura; sisters, Ioanna and Eleni, of Greece; and beloved grandchildren, Alexa, Gianni and Victoria.

Funeral services will take place on Friday, May 14, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, Westfield. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Westfield.
