Esther Simon of Woodbridge passed away at home on Saturday, November 30, 2013. She was 86 years old. Born in Woodbridge, she lived there her entire life. Ms. Simon was a employed as a Laboratory Technician with Chesebrough-Ponds Manufacturing in Perth Amboy for 32 years retiring in 1986. She was a very active member of the Hungarian Reformed Church of Woodbridge. She was predeceased by her parents Steve Simon, Sr. and Esther Simon; a sister Irene St. Marie. Surviving are a brother Steve Simon, Jr.; two nephews Mark St. Marie and his wife Aileen, and Paul St. Marie, Sr. and his wife Linda; 2 great-nieces Marleen St. Marie and Sherri St. Marie; a great nephew Paul St. Marie, Jr.; and a brother-in-law Frank St. Marie; as well as many cousins. A funeral service will take place Tuesday evening 7:00 p.m. at COSTELLO-GREINER FUNERAL HOME (www.Costello-greiner.com) 44 Green Street at Barron Avenue, Woodbridge. Cremation will be private.
