Elizabeth L. Latham passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018 at her home in the Colonia section of Woodbridge Township. She was 82 years old.

Born in Newark, she has resided in Colonia since 1955.

Mrs. Latham worked many years ago as a telephone operator with NJ Bell Telephone Co. in Newark; and later, after raising her family, as a manager with Midlantic Bank in Edison.

She was predeceased by her husband, William J. Latham, Jr., in 2005; sons, Keith Latham and Mark Latham; grandson, Nickolas Randazza; and sister, Maryann Merlo.

Surviving are her children, Linda Baumgartner of Chatham, Mary Ellen Barbosa of Colonia, Donna Randazza of Flemington and William J. Latham III of Avenel; sisters, Shirley Kroeger of Manchester and Margie Turkenkopf of Connecticut; brothers, Michael Lawrence of Basking Ridge and John Lawrence of Barnegat; grandchildren, Jennifer, Laura, Alaine, Christopher, Andrew, Sarah and Jessica; and three great grandchildren.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, October 4, 2018 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Costello-Koyen Funeral Home (costello-koyen.com), 399 Avenel Street, Avenel. Funeral services will be on Friday morning beginning at 9:30 a.m. from the funeral home. A Mass of Resurrection will follow at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Andrew Catholic Church, Avenel. Cremation will be private.
