Elizabeth "Betty" Golubieski passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at her home in Woodbridge. She was 90 years old.

Born in Plains, PA, she has resided in Woodbridge since 1955.

Mrs. Golubieski was employed by Compton Brothers Insurance Agency in Perth Amboy for many years as an Administrative Assistant.

She was a communicant of Saint James Catholic Church in Woodbridge where she was a member of the Altar-Rosary Society and the choir. Betty was also the St. James Parish Historian, a Greeter at the Sunday 7:30AM Mass, and was a member of the Parish Community Life Commission and the Annual Blood Drive committee.

She was predeceased by her husband Matthew J. Golubieski who passed away in 2016; her parents Joseph Krzywicki and Margaret Kozlowski; and a brother Walter Krywicki.

Surviving are her children, Linda Gioino of Monroe Township, James Golubieski of Cranbury, Elizabeth Donnenwirth of Groton, MA, Mary Ellen Carpenter of Warren and John Golubieski of Monmouth Junction; a sister Helen Paparelli of Eynon, PA; ten grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 9:45 a.m. from the Costello-Greiner Funeral Home (costello-greiner.com), 44 Green Street, Woodbridge. A Mass of Resurrection will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Saint James Catholic Church, Woodbridge. Entombment will be in Saint James Chapel Mausoleum, Hopelawn. Visitation will be on Monday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Saint James Food Pantry, 148 Grenville Street, Woodbridge, NJ 07095 in Mrs. Golubieski's memory would be greatly appreciated by the family.
