Elese M. Tyler passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy. She was 88 years old. Born in Springfield, VT, she resided in Avenel before moving to Woodbridge 48 years ago. Mrs. Tyler was predeceased by a son, Steven Tyler, in 2010. Surviving are her husband, Robert Tyler; a daughter, Cathleen Berg, of Bainbridge Island, WA; a son, Wade Tyler, of Woodbridge; two grandchildren, Erica and Forest Berg; and a brother, Gordon Gobie. Funeral services will take place on Friday, May 9, 2014 at 8:00 p.m. at the Costello-Greiner Funeral Home (www.costello-greiner.com), 44 Green Street at Barron Avenue in Woodbridge. Cremation will be private. Visitation will be on Friday evening from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
