Eileen M. Jaskot passed away on Thursday November 13, 2025, at Roosevelt Care Center in Edison. She was 73 years old.

Born in Brooklyn, NY on February 20, 1952, to the late Joseph and Geraldine Munnelly Sullivan, she has resided in Woodbridge for the last 33 years.

She earned her associate's degree in criminal justice from Middlesex County College.

Mrs. Jaskot was employed as a Bookkeeper with Grace Church School in New York City, an operations manager with Domestic Violence victims shelter and as a security officer with Community Medical Center in Toms River before retiring.

She was a member of the Woodbridge American Irish Association and a former member of The Woodbridge Township Domestic Violence Response Team.

In addition to her parents Mrs. Jaskot was predeceased by her husband Francis W. Jaskot who passed away in June of this year; Her brothers James "Jim" Sullivan and Matthew Sullivan.

Surviving are her children, Jaime Jaskot and Francis W. Jaskot Jr.; a brother Edward Jaskot; and her beloved granddaughter, Madison Jaskot.

A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street, Woodbridge. Cremation will be private. Visitation for family and friends will be on Tuesday beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
