Edward F. "Bud" FitzGerald, Jr. passed away on Monday, March 28, 2022 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy Division. He was 75 years old.

Born on August 21, 1946 to the late Martha and Edward F. FitzGerald, Sr. in Rahway, he was a lifelong resident of Woodbridge.

Mr. FitzGerald was a United States Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War and was employed as a warehouseman with Supermarkets General in Avenel for 30 years before his retirement.

Surviving are his sister, Geraldine Blotkamp, of Henderson, NV; and brother, William C. FitzGerald, of Phoenix, AZ.

Funeral services will take place on Sunday, April 3, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home (costello-greiner.com), 44 Green Street, Woodbridge. Cremation will be private. Visitation for family and friends will be on Sunday afternoon beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
