Dorothy Young passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at her home in Woodbridge. She was 91 years old.

Born in Schenectady, NY, she resided in the Iselin section of Woodbridge Township for many years before moving to Woodbridge ten years ago.

Mrs. Young was employed by Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey in Newark for 15 years before her retirement.

She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Andrew Young, in 2003; and her parents, Consiglia and Ottone Genuario.

Surviving are her children, Maria Young of Woodbridge, Dennis Thomas Young of Arlington, MA and Michael Young of Murrels Inlet, SC; sister, Gilda Marrone, of Howell; and granddaughters, Julia and Amy Young.

Funeral services will take place on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home (www.costello-greiner.com), 44 Green Street at Barron Avenue, Woodbridge. Interment will follow in Glendale Cemetery in Bloomfield. Visitation for family and friends will be on Saturday morning beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
