Dorothy I. Osborne passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at the New Jersey Veterans Memorial Home at Menlo Park in Edison. She was 98 years old.

Born in Elizabeth, she has resided in the Iselin section of Woodbridge for 58 years.

Mrs. Osborne was employed Revlon Corporation in Edison for many years.

She was a communicant of Saint Cecelia's Catholic Church in Iselin; and belonged to the Ladies Auxiliary of Post 2636, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Iselin.

Mrs. Osborne was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace F. Osborne, in 1997; daughter, Janice Ciardiello, in 2017; and brothers, William and Joseph Rafte.

Surviving are her children, Wallace J. Osborne of Columbus, OH, Patricia Soto of Iselin, Jean Lazaar of Bedminster and Joan Lovingfoss of Bath, PA; ten grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.

A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Cecelia's Catholic Church in Iselin. Entombment will follow at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, Woodbridge. Arrangements are under the direction of Costello-Koyen Funeral Home, Avenel.
