Dorothy "Dot" M. Miller of the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington. She was 87 years old.

Born in Roslyn, PA to the late Harry and Ila Jenkins Miller, she has resided in Avenel for the past 20 years.

Ms. Miller was a graduate of Morrisville High School in Morrisville, PA and was employed as a secretary with Marsh & McLennan of NY, NY until 2001.

She was a member of Raritan Valley Baptist Church in Edison.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Ila Remmele: and brothers, Harry Jr, Charles Miller, Richard Miller and Joseph Miller.

Surviving are Sister in Law, Grace Miller of Titusville, niece Gerri Guld and husband Terence Guld of Pipersville Pa, and nephews Walter (Bunky) Miller and wife Cindy of Ewing NJ, Dennis Miller of Ewing NJ, and David Miller and wife Kim of Hamilton NJ.

Great niece Lalenia Guld of Telford Pa, great nephew Daniel Guld of Pipersville Pa and great niece Brenda Wiser of Browns Mills NJ.

Funeral services will take place on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Costello-Koyen Funeral Home, 399 Avenel Street, Avenel. Cremation will be private. Visitation for family and friends will be on Saturday morning beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
