Dorothy C. Foley passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at Jersey

Shore University Medical Center in Neptune. She was 94 years old.

Born in West New York, she resided in Carteret for many years before moving to Manchester Township 20 years ago.

Mrs. Foley was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Manchester, the Renaissance Irish Club, Essex-Bergen County Club, Renaissance Women's Club and Kimball Hospital Ladies Auxiliary.

Dorothy was predeceased by her husband, Howard Foley, in 1991; and son, Timothy Foley, in 2000.

Surviving are her children, Dennis Foley and his wife, Debbie, of Pickerington, OH, Jeffrey Foley of Orange City, FL and Nancy Tyrkala and her husband, Joseph, of Tinton Falls; daughter in law, Cammy Foley, of Carteret; sister Marlene Lynch and her husband, Richard, of Manchester; grandchildren, Jason (Melissa) Foley, Brent (Asiyih) Foley, Derek (Monika) Foley, Heather (TJ) Mendez, Amanda Tyrkala and Erin Foley; and great grandchildren, Cole, Jack, Lukas, Xzavier, and Jazy.

Dorothy was laid to rest beside her beloved husband at Hazel Wood Cemetery, Rahway in a private family ceremony.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to Redeemer Lutheran Church, 2309 Highway 70 East, Manchester, NJ 08759 in Dorothy's memory would be greatly appreciated by her family.
