Donna G. Ballotta passed away on Sunday October 3, 2021 at her home in Woodbridge. She was 69 years old.

Donna has resided in Woodbridge Township for over 40 years.

She was a licensed practical nurse for many years and was most recently employed as a sales representative with Burlington Coat Factory in Woodbridge.

She was active as a volunteer with the Woodbridge Domestic Violence Response Team and had also volunteered with Therapet.

Mrs. Ballotta was predeceased by her husband, Peter M. Ballotta, in 2016; and her parents, Mildred and Richard Linskey.

Surviving are her sons, Peter M. Ballotta of Newton and Brian Ballotta of Woodbridge.

Funeral services will take place on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Clover Leaf Memorial Park, Woodbridge. Visitation for family and friends will be on Friday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Costello-Koyen Funeral Home ( www.costello-koyen.com ), 399 Avenel Street, Avenel.
