Domenico Battaglino, Jr. died on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. He was 78 years old. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he has resided in the Iselin section of Woodbridge Township for the past 11 years. Mr. Battaglino was employed as a driver with Miller Beer in New York. He was predeceased by his parents, Grace and Domenico Battaglino, Sr. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Julia Shulman Battaglino; a daughter, Karen Marino, of Edison; two sisters, Antoinette Buttacavoli and Grace Santora, both of Florida; and three grandchildren, Taylor, Dylan and Isabella Marino. An interment service will take place on Friday, January 25, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Calvary Cemetery, Queens, NY. Visitation will be on Thursday evening from 6:30 until 9:30 p.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street, Woodbridge.
