Dolores P. Finn Yanak passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 surrounded by her loving family who she loved with all her heart. She was 81 years old.

Born in Perth Amboy on August 12, 1942, to the late Catherine Nolan Rowell and Jack Finn, she was a lifelong resident of Woodbridge until moving to Monroe Township 17 years ago.

Ms. Yanak was employed as a legal secretary with the law firm of Venezia and Nolan in Woodbridge for many years prior to her retirement; and had previously been employed with Baxter Plasma in North Brunswick.

She was a communicant of Saint James Catholic Church in Woodbridge where she belonged to the Altar Rosary Society and Catholic Daughters, Court Mercedes 769.

Surviving family members are Richard Yanak Sr., Rick Yanak and his wife Linda of Colonia, and Mary Folgore and her husband, Lou, of Monroe Township; and grandchildren, Francesca, Michaelina and Lucia Yanak, Marissa, Louie and CJ Folgore.

Funeral services will take place on Tuesday 18, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. from Costello-Greiner Funeral Home located at 44 Green Street, Woodbridge. A Funeral Liturgy will follow at Saint Andrew Catholic Church, Avenel at 9:30 a.m. Interment will be in Saint James Cemetery, Woodbridge. Visitation for family and friends will take place on Monday evening from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
