Dolores Grace Nardone Raspitzi passed away peacefully on Monday, March 12, 2018 in Sun City Center, FL. She was 87 years old.

Born in Elizabeth, she resided in the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township for most of her life before moving to Florida in 2015.

Mrs. Raspitzi owned and operated DeLor Beauty Salon in Avenel for 34 years until 1997.

She was a communicant of Saint Andrew Catholic Church in Avenel.

Mrs. Raspitzi was predeceased by her husband, Peter R. Raspitzi, Sr., in 2005; sister, Jane Sinclair; and brothers, Patrick and Robert Nardone.

Surviving are her children, Lori Tier and her husband, Frank, and Peter R. Raspitzi, Jr. and his wife, Roseann; brothers, Edward and Dennis Nardone; grandchildren, Jamie, Paul, Peter and Paul; and 8 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 9:15 a.m. from the Costello-Koyen Funeral Home, 399 Avenel Street, Avenel. A Mass of Resurrection will follow at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Andrew Catholic Church, Avenel. Entombment will be in Saint Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visitation will be on Monday evening from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
