Deborah Ann Kish passed away on Monday, September 29, 2025 at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank. She was 66 years old.

Born in Newark, she was raised in Iselin and has resided in Woodbridge for the past 36 years.

Debbie was a 1977 graduate of Colonia High School and was employed as an inventory supervisor with Kinder Morgan in Carteret for 40 years before retiring in June of 2025.

She was a communicant of Saint James Catholic Church in Woodbridge.

Debbie was predeceased by her father, Ronald Grossberndt Sr.., in 2019.

Surviving are her husband of 37 years, Steven Kish; daughter, Heather Kish and her husband, Daniel Gaul, of Woodbridge; mother, Ruth Grossberndt, of Avenel; sister, Karen Hackett, of Fords; brothers, Kevin Grossberndt of Flanders and Ronald Grossberndt Jr. of Lebanon; and many loving nieces and nephews.

A prayer service will take place on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 5:45 p.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home 44 Green Street, Woodbridge. Cremation will be private. Visiting hours will be on Wednesday beginning at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
