Christopher D. Forsythe passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Rahway. He was 31 years old.

Born in New Brunswick, he was a lifelong resident of Rahway.

Mr. Forsythe was a graduate of Rahway High School; served in The United States Army for five years; and was employed as a Sanitation Worker with the City of Rahway for the past 2 years.

He belonged to Saint John's Episcopal Church in Sewaren.

He is survived by his wife, Ala Berisha Forsythe; son, Christopher D. Forsythe, Jr.; parents, Donald B. and Marta Gomez Forsythe, of Rahway; brother, Matthew D. Forsyhte of Rahway; and cousin, Joshua.

A mass will be celebrated for Christopher on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint John's Episcopal Church, 17 Woodbridge Avenue, Sewaren, NJ 07077.

In lieu of flowers contributions to Saint John's Episcopal Church, 17 Woodbridge Avenue, Sewaren, NJ 07077 in Christopher's memory would be greatly appreciated by his family.
