Cassandra Marie
Feliciano-Rodriguez
November 12, 2005 — January 2, 2023
Piscataway
Cassandra Marie Feliciano-Rodriguez of Piscataway, NJ passed away suddenly on Monday, January 2, 2023 at the age of 17.
Born in JFK Hospital in Edison, she resided in Carteret before moving to Piscataway in 2019. Cassandra was a junior at Piscataway High School.
She was predeceased by her grandfather, Dennis Gomes, in 2017 and her uncle Patrick Ciezza in 2020.
She is survived by her parents Bertila & Jimmy Rodriguez; siblings Noemi, Savannah and Jimmy Rodriguez Jr.; grandparents, Marisol Ciezza, Helga Feliciano and Damaris Andaluz; godparents, Angela and Dennis Gomes Jr.; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Cassandra was raised to be very strong, independent and a super athlete proficient in many sports. She began sports at very young age playing soccer and karate. Her favorite sports were basketball and softball playing both in Carteret and Piscataway. She loved the beach swimming with the waves while eating red spaghetti with potatoes and cream. She volunteered at several pantries, gathering donations for homeless and helped clean the environment. Her favorites hobby was to be adventurous with her Mom & Dad; one of the most memorable adventures was rappelling down a waterfall at the Delaware water gap, also lots of skiing, zip lining, jumping off the cliffs, road trips, vacationing and camping. She loved hanging out with her friends at the mall and going to the YMCA. A very competitive soul who loved to win. She could brighten up a room with her energy and her sass. She began to learn how to cook at a young age and was excellent big sister. She liked to make repairs on her car doing as much as changing tires, oil, and brake pads, learned how to drive a manual transmission and was never afraid to get her hands dirty.
She will be truly missed by everyone near to her and her loving family. Our memories with you will always be cherished and live in our hearts forever. This will not be your last adventure, spread your wings and fly high.
Our Beloved Beautiful Princess Cassandra
