Betty Ann Stalowski passed away on Monday, April 20, 2026 at Preferred Care at Hamilton Nursing Center. She was 79 years old.

Born on February 4, 1947 in Elizabeth to the late Amanda and Jonas Gano, she has resided in the Colonia section of Woodbridge Township for 44 years.

Mrs. Stalowski graduated from Battin High School in Elizabeth and was employed as a secretary with Kaufman Diamond and Company in Somerset for 25 years before her retirement in 2017.

Betty enjoyed many things in life including lighthouses, gardening, fishing, all things Tweety Bird and exercising at the Woodbridge Township Senior Citizens centers. Her love of music varied from Elvis Presley and Johnny Mathis to the heavy metal sounds of Rob Halford with Judas Priest.

Surviving are her loving husband of 59 years, John W. Stalowski; beloved children, Karen Seeman and her husband, Rick, of Hamilton Township and Michael Stalowski of Easton, PA; and brothers, Jonas Gano of Hazlet and Thomas Gano of Spokane, WA.

Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects on Thursday, April 23, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street at Barron Avenue, Woodbridge. Cremation will be private.
