Barbara Jean Ryan passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at her son's home in Edison. She was 67 years old.

She was born on October 1, 1949 to the late Joseph and Agnes Lombardi in Elizabeth and resided in Woodbridge Township for many years before moving to Toms River in 2004.

Mrs. Ryan was employed by GMAC Corporation in East Hanover and White Rose Foods in Carteret before her retirement.

She was a communicant of Saint Dominics Catholic Church in Brick; and enjoyed the boardwalk, holidays with family and spending time with her grandchildren, especially vacations at Disney.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was predeceased by a sister, Joan Lombardi.

Surviving are two sons, Shawn and his wife, Amy, and Scott and his wife, Jenni; three sisters, Ann Eak, Kathryn Lombardi and Karen Galesky; her grandchildren, Kayla, Patrick and Julia; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated in Barbara's memory on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 436 Port Reading Avenue, Port Reading.
