Barbara P. Rothstein passed away on Monday, March 20, 2023 at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus.  She was 73 years old.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, she has resided in Metuchen for the past 32 years.

Ms. Rothstein was a United States Army Veteran.

She was employed in the accounting and finance department at SeaLand in Elizabeth and also at Hapag-Llloyd in Piscataway for many years before her retirement.

Miss Rothstein was predeceased by a daughter, Stephanie Rothstein; sister, Roberta Mirabile; and nephew, Anthony Mirabile.

Surviving are a brother, Elliot Rothstein, of New York; niece, Christina Mena, of Metuchen; and grand-nieces, Briana Mena and Alexander Mirabile.

A funeral service will take place on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street, Woodbridge.  Entombment will follow at Graceland Memorial Park, Kenilworth. Visitation for family and friends will be on Saturday morning beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
