Barbara Ann Lutz passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2018 in Bridgewater. She was 56 years old.

She was born in Elizabeth, NJ and has resided in the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township for the majority of her life.

Barbara was employed as an insurance administrator with Great West/New England Life Insurance Company in Iselin for over 20 years.

She was a communicant of Saint Andrew Catholic Church in Avenel. Barbara was an animal lover and loved watching sports.

Barbara was predeceased by her father, Edward J. Lutz, in 2014.

Surviving are her mother, Carol Raychel Lutz, of Avenel: sister, Carole Weidenfeld and her husband, Daniel, of Bridgewater; and Godchild, Brandon Weidenfeld and nephew Spencer Weidenfeld.

Funeral services will take place on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 8:45 a.m. from Costello-Koyen Funeral Home, 399 Avenel Street, Avenel. A Funeral Liturgy will follow at 9:30 a.m. at Saint Andrew Catholic Church, Avenel. Entombment will be in Saint Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visiting hours for family and friends will be on Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
