Barbara E. Kelton passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2015. She was 57 years old. Born in Jersey City, she has resided in the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township since 1991. Mrs. Kelton was a communicant of Saint Andrew Catholic Church, Avenel and a graduate of Cittone Institute. Surviving are by her husband of 24 years, Michael J. Kelton; a son, Lawrence, of Arizona; a granddaughter, Aurora; three sisters, Ann Marie Tedder, Susan Gorman and Christine Sterbens; and nieces and nephews, Jennifer Haley, Benjamin DiFranco, Dina Royer, Robert Sterbens and Katie Sterbens. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 8:45 a.m. from the Costello-Koyen Funeral Home (costello-koyen.com), 399 Avenel Street, Avenel, NJ. A Mass of Resurrection will follow at 9:30 a.m. at Saint Andrew Catholic Church, Avenel. Entombment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2:00 until 4:00 and 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
